"Working with Robert Filippone for our mortgage process was nothing short of superior. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and friendly. Robert is very patient; he always took the time to answer my many questions without making me feel rushed. Robert made himself available to talk-walk me through the mortgage process, letting me know what to expect, informing me regarding the materials needed, and deadlines-which made the process smooth. Robert answered his phone and got back to me in a timely fashion-which is a necessity in regards to the process-considering timelines, etc. Robert answered all my questions in great detail-ensuring I understood everything. It was clear that he was very seasoned, and knows his business-inside and out. Robert even made himself available after the closing to answer my questions-indicating that he is always available. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Norcom Mortgage. It was phenomenal and I am very grateful for the help. I would highly recommend Robert. "

"Rob initially sold me to use him by saying how competent he was at doing FHA203ks. I knew it was a complicated loan and wanted somebody who could really hold my hand through the process. We were supposed to close on July 20 but a week or so before July 20th I asked Rob if we should push off the target closing date and he said "it will probably only be a couple of days, but push it off by a week just to make sure" It took until July 28th for me to get a conditional commitment letter with 17 unfulfilled requirements. Yes- 8 days AFTER our contract was suppose to close did I hear these 17 things for the first time. It took another ~3 back-and-forths to underwriting to finally get a CLC on August 1st but only happened after we had to get his manager involved. He talked a big talk, but didn't seem to be able to deliver. "
